Entry Requirements

• 2 GCE A-Level passes in Mathematics and English, IB Diploma, or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
• Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Civil Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Building Surveying -  Facilities), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Mechanical Engineering), GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Marine Engineering) or GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Electrical & Electronic Engineering); OR
• Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Built Environment Industry; OR
• Other PEI qualification (e.g. BCA Diploma that are equivalent to GSTM’s Specialist Diploma); OR
• Matured students:  At least 30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered.
