In light of the nation’s focus on competitive and leisure sports development, qualified sports professionals are required in Singapore. The Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science programme consists of 8 modules and may be completed in 8 months, and will provide the necessary knowledge and skills for professionals in this sector.

- Minimum class size: 20 students
Class may commence with fewer students than indicated above, subject to resource availability. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified at least 1 week before the programme commencement date, stated in your student contract with Kaplan, and our consultants will contact you to advise on a backup plan.

Entry Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Kaplan Foundation Diploma; OR
- GCE A-Level; OR
- Other private or foreign qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; OR
- Mature candidates (30 years old and above, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience)
English Language Requirements
- GCE O-Level English (Grade C6) or equivalent

The Student Development Fee covers the provision of a comprehensive range of initiatives aimed at enhancing the career and industry-readiness of Kaplan students, such as programmes aimed at improving interpersonal skills, technical and digital skills, as well as career advisory and job matching services.

Education Loan
Choice of flexible repayment schemes available to suit your needs:
- Standard Repayment: Pay your monthly instalments (principal and interest) once your loan is disbursed.
- Partial Repayment: Pay partial instalments for up to 3 years or till the end of your programme, whichever is earlier. Standard monthly instalments (principal and interest) will commence thereafter.
- Interest Servicing: Pay only interest for up to 3 years or till the end of your programme, whichever is earlier. Standard monthly instalments (principal and interest) will commence thereafter.
- Flexible repayment tenure of up to 8 years.

If a student fails to complete the programme within the candidature period, they will not be entitled to any recourse or refund.
Assessment
Each module is assessed by any combination of continuous assessments, examinations, presentations, projects or written assignments. Assessment methods may vary according to individual module requirements.
Delivery Mode
Blended learning, which is a combination of face-to-face teaching and online learning, has been introduced to the Diploma programme to improve your learning experience.Each Kaplan Diploma programme consists of 8 modules that may be completed in a minimum of 8 months over 4 terms. Each module is timetabled to include face-to-face contact hours and supplemented with online lessons.
